What you can expect
[su_spacer]The course of a one-day team training or event can be designed very individually and flexibly, depending on the time frame and group size. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]For example, it often starts with us getting together later in the afternoon in a hotel on Lake Lucerne in beautiful Central Switzerland.
We discuss the program in a relaxed atmosphere and, incidentally, the excitement and anticipation of everything that is to follow builds up…
Everyone gets to know each other (again or even more) over a delicious dinner and the evening ends with good conversation and a cozy get-together.
The next morning we start early with a crisp workshop.
Depending on the objectives, the day’s program ranges from an exciting fun race or a scavenger hunt to working out solutions to everyday challenges in the team and company.
After a light snack, 4 people will board the various boats before it’s time to cast off and set sail for new destinations.
After a short briefing from the skippers, we sail on beautiful yachts to a variety of locations surrounded by an impressive mountain backdrop.
One of the leaders is at the helm, while a colleague or customer operates the foresheet and two others are in charge of the mainsail.
In a constant change of positions and in a race against time, the next three to four hours are spent working together on practical and team-related tasks and/or simply spending an unforgettable, enjoyable and exciting time together.
In the process, understanding, patience and tolerance grow in a playful way, as does team cohesion.
Back on land, the adventures and experiences are examined and the team projects are evaluated and brought together.
After a short break, an unforgettable day slowly draws to a close with lively discussions about what has been experienced, the many impressions and new experiences and insights, as well as the enjoyment of culinary delights.
